BEACHSPREE RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

 

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

All full-priced items (including Kits) are eligible for return within 15 days of the delivery date.

Given the delicate nature of what we sell, we only ask that the following requirements are met to proceed with a return:

  • Item(s) must be in original condition with returns tag, original packaging and hygiene seal remaining intact.
  • Item(s) must not have been worn, washed, damaged or altered in any way.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns that do not meet above requirements.

Refunds will be issued excluding the original shipping and return label cost.

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES IN DAMAGED OR DEFECTED STATE?

While we hope this never happens, but in case you receive a damaged product or in defected state, please give us a shout immediately at customercare@beachspree.com attaching picture of the product.

ARE ORDER RETURNS FREE?

Shipping costs incurred for returning item(s) to BeachSpree for an exchange or refund are not covered nor reimbursed by us.

DO I NEED TO RETURN THE WHOLE SET?

The full set must be returned (tops and bottoms if purchased together). We cannot issue refunds for a partial return of a top or bottom.

HOW DO I INITIATE THE PROCESS OF RETURN?

To initiate a return, simply email us at customercare@beachspree.com using the e-mail address used to order the product mentioning the Order ID and Reason of Return.

Please note that we are unable to refund initial shipping charges for goods returned, other than for faulty items. We are also unable to refund return postage costs.

Once the items have been received, you will receive your refund (item price excluding original shipping cost).

BeachSpree cannot be held liable for the loss of items being returned. We recommend using a registered post service to return products, and keeping a record of the tracking details.

WHERE DO I SEND MY ITEMS FOR RETURN?

We will provide you with the full address when we assign a Returns Authorization Number to you.

Items returned without a valid Returns Authorization Number will be returned to sender and will not be processed. 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY REFUND TO BE PROCESSED?

We try and process returns as quickly as possible. If you are initiating a return, we try our best to reply with your Returns Authorization (RA) number within 24-48 hours.

We will refund you through the same method you paid on our website (Paypal or Credit Card). Please allow 5 – 10 business days to receive and process your refund request after your return package has been shipped.
