How can I search for any product at BeachSpree?
Just enter what you are looking for in our powerful search bar on the top left of Home page, and it will give you all the relevant products corresponding to your query. Using search option, you can further choose by category, product name, price and size as more specific search criteria.
How can I be assured that all the products will be as displayed on the website?
We are a licensed E-commerce based business in UAE. We stand behind the quality, authenticity and credibility of every product we sell. All our products are sourced from authorized global suppliers after going through stringent vendor selection process.
Can I place an order from anywhere in the world?
BeachSpree delivers the products globally beyond US and Middle East. Although the shipping time may vary for each country, but rest assured we’ll deliver your order wherever you are on this globe!
Is there a limit to the number of orders I can place?
BeachSpree does not limit the number of orders for any customer. This gives our customers a fair chance to purchase popular products before they’re out of stock, especially when it comes to limited-edition seasonal sales or discount offers.
How will I know that you have received my order?
After you complete the checkout process, an order confirmation number will be sent on your email address detailing your final order including shipping charges, your billing address, and the items that are being sent to your shipping address. You can use the Order Number to track your order. You will also receive a confirmation email that we have received your order. Double-check your Junk Mail folder to verify if you have received the email from our end.(Please be sure to enter your e-mail address correctly on the order form so that we can be sure to deliver your confirmation to you.)
What if the item I want is out of stock?
Although we try to have a stock level that will keep up with expected demand, certain items that are highly popular can exceptionally run out of stock. As stocks continuously change and new products are always being added, please continue to check-in regularly to see if we have restocked your desired item or similar product like it. For quick confirmation, you can send an email at customercare@beachspree.com or drop us a message on our Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/beachspree/ and we’ll revert at the earliest time.
What if I decide to cancel my order during ordering phase?
You can cancel your order at any step till the final checkout phase. The option to cancel an order will cease to appear when the confirmation email has been generated.
How can I provide feedback about a product or your service?
We are always happy to receive feedback about our products, customer experience and service levels. Just fill in the “Customer Review” tab under the Contact Us page or reach our customer service team via customercare@beachspree.com

Shipment & Delivery

What are your shipping and handling charges?
We offer Free Shipping for all orders equal or above $100 globally. For orders less than $100, we provide Standard Shipping at a Flat Rate of $10 per order. If you would like to opt for Express Shipping, we’ll charge a Flat Rate of $20 per order.
Which countries you cover for delivery?
We ship to almost every country in the world. Timeframe of Delivery may vary for each country. Please note that if you reside outside US territory you may be charged for customs fees and import taxes. Every country has different regulations on how they handle imported goods. We recommend you visit this Duty Calculator to get an estimate of what you will be charged when the package arrives. We do not pre-pay or cover any import fees.
Will I get a Tracking Number?
An email will be sent to the same email address from which your order has been received, once your order has been dispatched. Please ensure that you have typed the correct email address while ordering. If you do not receive one, please email customercare@beachspree.com
How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
At BeachSpree, we believe that delivery of the order must be done on time and any delay will be very frustrating for our customers, so we are constantly striving to deliver the shipment within 7-15 business days. All orders require a signature on delivery, make sure your supplied address is attended during business hours.
What if I need to change my delivery address or suspend my order?
If you would like to make any changes to your delivery address or decide to cancel an order, please write to us at customercare@beachspree.com within 24 hours of order placement. We will not be able to make any changes beyond that period.
What can cause delay in shipment?
There can be the occasional customs or courier delay which may affect your delivery timeframe but we’ll ensure that this will not be unbearable for you at any given time. For any unforeseen delay from supplier or shipping company, please know that your order is our responsibility. Just contact us by sending an email at customercare@beachspree.com and we will follow it up at our end to get it delivered as soon as possible.

How can I register at your website?
1. Click on the Login link at the top right of the page. 2. Click on the Register box inside the New Customer section. 3. Please complete all fields marked with * accurately 4. Click on Submit. 5. Congratulations! You now have an account and are ready to start shopping!
How do I sign into my account and/or edit the information in my account?
If you have previously logged-in or purchased, then you may have opted to create a personal account at our online store. If so, you can access this account by clicking on the “Log In” link in the upper-right corner of your computer screen. This takes you to a page where you will be prompted to enter the e-mail address and password that you registered with us when you created the account. Alternatively, you can use your Facebook account to sign-in at BeachSpree.
What if I forgot my password?
It is easy to reset your password if you have an existing registered account. Please login to your account on BeachSpree, click “Account” and go to the “Registered Customers” box and click “Forgot Password.” Type your email address, then click “Submit”. An automatic password reset email will be sent to your email address.
Is ordering online at BeachSpree secure?
Yes. We take utmost care with the information that you provide us when placing an order on our website. All the information transmitted is encrypted using the Internet-standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol.
Is it necessary to make an account for ordering online?
It is not obligatory to make an account while ordering at BeachSpree. You may use your Facebook account to connect or order as a Guest without linking any personal accounts.

Returns & Exchanges

What is the Return Policy?
All full-priced items (including Kits) are eligible for return within 15 days of the delivery date. Given the delicate nature of what we sell, we only ask that the following requirements are met to proceed with a return: Item(s) must be in original condition with returns tag, original packaging and hygiene seal remaining intact. Item(s) must not have been worn, washed, damaged or altered in any way. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns that do not meet above requirements. Refunds will be issued excluding the original shipping and return label cost.
What if my order arrives in damaged or defected state?
While we hope this never happens, but in case you receive a damaged product or in defected state, please give us a shout immediately at customercare@beachspree.com attaching picture of the product.
Are order returns free?
Shipping costs incurred for returning item(s) to BeachSpree for an exchange or refund are not covered nor reimbursed by us.
Do I need to return the whole set?
The full set must be returned (tops and bottoms if purchased together). We cannot issue refunds for a partial return of a top or bottom.
How do I initiate the process of return?
To initiate a return, simply email us at customercare@beachspree.com using the e-mail address used to order the product mentioning the Order ID and Reason of Return. Please note that we are unable to refund initial shipping charges for goods returned, other than for faulty items. We are also unable to refund return postage costs. Once the items have been received, you will receive your refund (item price excluding original shipping cost). BeachSpree cannot be held liable for the loss of items being returned. We recommend using a registered post service to return products, and keeping a record of the tracking details.
Where do I send my items for Return?
We will provide you with the full address when we assign a Returns Authorization Number to you. Items returned without a valid Returns Authorization Number will be returned to sender and will not be processed.
How long does it take for my refund to be processed?
We try and process returns as quickly as possible. If you are initiating a return, we try our best to reply with your Returns Authorization (RA) number within 24-48 hours. We will refund you through the same method you paid on our website (Paypal or Credit Card). Please allow 5 – 10 business days to receive and process your refund request after your return package has been shipped.

Our payment gateway is powered by globally renowned 2Checkout which uses industry-leading encryption standards. So, you can be rest-assured that your card number will be protected. PayPal Account For customers who have a PayPal account, this is alternative payment method you can choose to shop at BeachSpree.
Is BeachSpree website trusted for online payments?
We use industry-leading encryption standards! This encrypts the data you provide to us, ensures it is safe and not accessible to any third party. From your side, the most important thing is to protect your password. Your data is only used to process orders and to serve you better. It will be under no circumstances disclosed to any third party.
What can I do if my credit / debit card details are rejected?
If you’ve tried to place an order but payment is not being accepted, you can still choose the PayPal option. We recommend that you check with your bank as well so that your next purchase will be effortless and straightforward.

Offers & Vouchers

How can I tackle issues related to coupons / voucher code?
If you are having issues using a coupon / voucher code, please check if: The coupon / voucher code offer has expired The coupon / voucher has a one-time use and has already been used A coupon / voucher has already been applied to your order as only one coupon / voucher is applicable per order The coupon / voucher may not be valid on some items in your order such as Non-Discountable items or products that may be excluded from sale If the above have been checked please contact us at customercare@beachspree.com so we can help resolve the issue for you.
Can I use 2 different discount offers or vouchers at the same time?
Unfortunately, you can only avail 1 discount offer or voucher per order. We encourage our customers to redeem the most suitable voucher as per their shopping needs.
What are the different types of discounts or vouchers I could get at BeachSpree?
We have various types of discount offers and vouchers: Specific amounts of promocodes (i.e. USD 30) or percentage coupons (such as 15% discount coupons) or Seasonal Sale Flat Discount. You can receive info regarding latest updates or offers by registering your email address on our Home Page or Pop-up Box appearing on your screen.
